Cravings for long hair

Hello there

Tired of your medium-length or short hair? Are you jealous of girls with long, healthy hair? Well, I am. Especially now summer is getting closer, I’d like to be able to do my hair in a cute updo. Ever had that feeling? In this post I will give you 15 tips for making your hair grow a little bit faster. Hair grows about 1.25 centimeters or 0.5 inches per month, so that makes about 6 inches a year. These tips will stimulate your hair growth.

1. Trim your hair every eight weeks. Make sure your hairdresser doesn’t cut off to much, just the broken ends.

2. Apply egg whites to your hair roots. It stimulates hair growth and the protein will make your hair grow healthy.

3. Drink a lot of water. If you drink about 8 cups of water a day, not only will your body feel better, but your hair will get stronger.

4. Brush your hair with care. Don’t ever brush it when it’s wet, because your hair will get damaged.

5. Try not to blow dry your hair everytime you’ve washed it.

6. Eat a healthy amount of protein-filled food.

7. You can keep your hair healthy by using a conditioner. Don’t use it everytime you’ve washed it, because it can make your hair greasy. Try to apply it to the ends and not your roots.

8. Use onion water. Boil them in water for a couple of minutes and apply the water to your hair. It’ll make it grow super fast and it’ll give it an awesome sheen.

9. Use natural hair products.

10. Don’t wash your hair every day. Try to wash it 2 or 3 times a week.

11. Put on a hat to protect it from the sun and the wind. The wind will make it tangled and the sun can damage it.

12. Use silk pillow covers.

13. Give your scalp a daily massage. It will stimulate your hair growth.

14. Apply olive oil, just like the egg whites. You can combine it, but it is really hard to wash it out.

15. Avoid sleeping with tight braids or pony tails. It will damage your hair.

I’m not saying your hair will grow immediately like 6 inches, but you will notice a difference. I hope it works out for you!

Good luck, see you soon.
